- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the specified arrow length not fitting or the color being different from what you expected.

*In order to match the thickness of the arrowhead, we may shave off the area below the firing node.

Please note that shaving may reduce the gloss of the surface.

- As this is a custom-made item, payment can only be made by bank transfer or credit card. Thank you for your understanding. Production will begin after payment is confirmed.

- The delivery time is approximately 6 to 7 months.

- We cannot accept cancellations or changes to specifications after production has begun.
